Y’all remember World Unity II where we were so civilised with the Nazis that we stopped them gassing Soviets and Jews by eventually getting along so well we all compromised i-love-not-thinking

The west likes to rewrite history, erasing the contributions of the Soviet Union’s massive human decency industry in defeating the nazis. Millions of Red Army soldiers died trying to hug it out with enemy forces, finally breaking the genocidal push at Stalingrad through the unstoppable tactic of appealing to shared humanity. The nazi soldiers, so astounded by the soviet commitment to peaceful coexistence with fascists, threw down their arms and collectively marched to work camps where their labor would be put to use rebuilding the societies they’d destroyed.

It was actually on the jagged rubble of Stalingrad that a red army private’s grenade pin snagged as he went to hug a nazi, accidentally discovering an offensive use for the weapon and turning the tide of the war at a terrible cost.

        It’s like Churchill said:

We shall talk on the beaches, we shall beg on the landing grounds, we shall hug in the fields and in the streets, we shall surrender in the hills; we shall never fight.

Or something like that. I went to US public schools. 🙃

There is a somewhat popular narrative around the Candace Owens parts of conservatives that goes like “it’s not the left vs the right, it’s the top vs the bottom” or “us vs the Epstein class” or sth stupid like that. The Young Turks are also leaning into it.

It’s frustrating because you just wanna grab these people by their collar (not Owens, but her followers) and yell at them that that’s what “left vs right” is all about and they’re unknowingly siding with the Epsteinites, but they’re just too politically illiterate. I can genuinely believe that this cartoon is sincere. The problem is these chuds just see it as team sports and not that politics is about, y’know, ideology and values.

When fascists say “It’s not the left vs the right, it’s the top vs the bottom” they mean they want to work only with cishet white male leftists against “the jews who are orchistrating the great replacement”. Like you said, they are completely politically illiterate, so when they say “the bottom” they have a very specific idea of what that looks like and it doesn’t include any bottoms.

Hey, some cishet white male leftists are absolutely bottoms.

Also, with the amount of deprogramming one has to do to oneself to actually be a leftist as a cishet white male, they aren’t going to fall for it unless they were already in the community of Vaush or Haz, if you actually consider them leftists (which idk what they are even up to these days so I really don’t)

The really worry is the cishet white male progressives that think they are leftist, but have extremely little understanding of any kind of actual historical leftwing theory, and are operating almost entirely through conspiracy theories. The Bernie to Trump voters (there were not statistically that many, but damn are they annoying when you encounter them).

it’s funny to me that after over a decade of pink hair SJW stereotypes, the hogs have zeroed in on one of the most conventionally "chad"ish public figures as the face of the left

And this is why i’m rude to Chuds

Told an old one off l, he was wearing a shirt that said, “Support your local ICE raids”

And I told him point blank to his face, “I see why your grandkids don’t call”

I hope that sticks with him 'til the day he crumples over dead on the toilet

Just throwing this out there. Asmongold is a proud racist, and he spoke positively about Daryl Davis because he was quiet, ignorable…and more importantly would gladly be a punching bag.

And also, how many of you or us were former chuds? They didn’t win us over when they did by saying “Hey friend, I know I disagree but I’d love to have a chat and hope you see the light and become a chud!” Fuck no, they do nothing but insult and bully people at best, and people join them because they look like the dominant party.

Looking at this guy’s account after the comic starting with a plea for ‘basic decency’ was a mental flashbang I wasn’t prepared for.

Every single time, so called ‘dark humor’ enjoyers when the butt of a joke is about a white man, etc

The origin of the quote “to find out who rules over you, simply find out who you’re not allowed to criticize” came from a neo-nazi as if white men, particularly right-wingers aren’t absolute sacred cows

It’s amazing how even in this fictional cartoon world where the author makes everything and its appearance himself and the “hero” is a “too late, I have already drawn myself as a chad”, he still looks like such a wimpering loser in the second panel.

This is a curious breed of chad.

      • Blonde hair
      • Blue eyes
      • Too many muscles, yet still skips leg day
      • The chinniest chin imaginable
      • No shoes?
      • Eats hot dog with gloves on
      • Sits on American flag

Meanwhile, Hasan has seemingly been depicted by Picasso. Is his arm connected to his body? How many elbows does he have in that arm?

He doesn’t look like he has too many muscles so much as he is just a certified big unit, but that could be the art style plus I know am and know a lot more big units than muscular guys.

Wait, what? This is like if someone was making fun of Gregory’s blue hair. I’m not named Gregory and don’t have blue hair. I did not identify with this at all for the comic. Not even in a few degrees of separation like I sympathize or people in my sphere might. On social media I see everyone getting hyped up for the kirkiversary and replaying the best AI edits. Left-right unity is when they argue whether Mamdani is a communist or if he’s outflanked the right on the right for giving a shit about affordability. Even the version that actually happens and opens the conversation fries my brain in pickle juice

It’s not about him being hot, it’s about this “chad” weeping about Kirk jokes with that expression on his face while wearing a fashy superhero outfit.
