I’ve been losing some weight after I hit 225 bench press and after two weeks I can see a little bit of the muscle definition. Plus my job involves a good deal of walking so getting steps in is an absolute non-issue. I want to fix up my anterior pelvic tilt to see if that can also help with flattening my stomach and I might finally enjoy a little bit of time in “elder twink mode” so to speak.
