Grampslop, Stellaris and watching the Linux Kernel compile are my favorite things
I’m at 10-ish each for gramp, unc, and chud, and not nearly so high on the zoomer one.
In terms of playing hours though…Kenshi being in chud both offends me and locks me into that tier. I am addicted to killing slavers.

Why is Stellaris in chud? All I ever do are play commies in that game. Over 1000 hours of spreading the revolution throughout the galaxy.

I am becoming an All Video Games are Bad kinda guy. But gaming experience is mostly in the Umc/gramp. Get a tactile hobby that produces a thing in real world. It feels amazing. Arts n crafts hit me so much harder than video games cause its irl and not pre programmed rewards. I am Hank HillPilled in this regard. There is so much cool stuff to learn irl and I just can’t see myself playing a video gsme again unless its in the ssme room multi-player with friends.
I went from greatgrampslop to grampslop to indieslop to making my own mod to moving on from gaming. My abortive experience at modding was cool in its own way, but after so many hours gaming, all I have to show for it in the end are a bunch of save files. At least if I took up woodcarving or sewing or any other DIY hobby I could fix various things or use those created objects in my everyday life.
These days, the various itches that gaming used to scratch have long since been scratched by other hobbies. Even the conspicuous spending (or fantasy about having enough money to conspicuously spend) itch is now being scratched by solar generators. I would rather blow 1k on some 2000Wh solar generator plus foldable solar panels than on some shitty gaming PC.

The things that came out during my childhood are uncslop - but I was raised on grampslop thanks to me spending every afternoon after school from like 2rd grade to 4th grade with my uncle who had a n64 so I was playing OoT, MM, Banjo, etc. My dad let me have his old PC in 4th grade so I have strong memories of downloading WoW during Burning Crusade and begging my parents for a subscription & WotLK; they refused to spend $12/month on it and I was booted into the realm of F2P MMOs (Flyff my beloved I’ll never forget you or the friends I made through you although in retrospect the guild leader was probably a groomer) & Steam. My steam account is old enough to vote

I was off, it was released in 2010 so it’s 16.
I’ve played one of the FIFAs, but damned if I remember what year it was. Come to think of it, how the hell do people keep track of the countless iterations of the EA sports games and the millions of CoD/gunslop sequels to rattle off the details from a specific year? They just all blur together in my memory.
The only FIFAs that I remember are the ones on world cup years. FIFA '06 World Cup was actually pretty solid.
