Hey I relied on these cards all the way until I was 16 and figured out that PayPal didn’t actually check the date of birth in any way.

This seems like an extremely powerful way to launder money or conduct international scams

laundering money via lottery/casinos is time honored tradition (of 60-80s), questionable cash turns into winnings, taxable and legal, no one cares where initial money comes from, if you don’t know a guy in cayman islands low level crooks might still use it tbh (but tracking is big, so feds might find answers if they came looking, same for completely traceable draft king accounts (or the exit bank accounts)).

like people were praising mit students calculating when lottery tickets become profitable in 2000s, nothing stopping you from losing 20% of money but being completely clean

I know dealers who still do this. 80% return and the money is clean? That’s an acceptable cost of doing business.

From absolutely zero personal experience. That is a pretty decent cut honestly. I’ve seen other people that are not me launder money with a worse deal.

Didn’t that Aussie YouTuber get his house fire bombed for talking about how gambling machines are used for money laundering?

Yeah Friendlyjordies. He also did a video with Boy Boy where they went to a casino and wore shirts that said “I’m laundering money RIGHT NOW”

Maybe put the lottery kiosk under there, too.
