I feel the same, but also the plot towards the end really is wack. Loved the style and how much extra end game stuff there was to find, though. I think my favorite thing I didn’t pick up when I first played it as a kid was how the tv screens were all taken over by signal from the witch they rocketed into space. I outta dig up an enhance pic
The magic system was the most clunky, grindy garbage I had ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Oh there’s a new spell? Get ready to soak that from mobs for 30 minutes.
