Yeah this isn’t even funny to me. It just sucks. It reminds me of when I was a teen and the girls around me wanted expensive plastic surgery to meet unrealistic beauty standards.

I can understand wanting a bigger dick with how porn brained the world is right now. But you’d have to be completely messed if you think surgical implants in the penis are the way to go for this. I am no penis scientist but just the idea of putting implants there feels biologically preposterous.
You might be surprised. Because of trans surgeries there is some interesting stuff being done. I wouldn’t be surprised if most trans surgeries involving creating a penis originated for cis people.
All that being said, it doesn’t take away from the people who would normally be okay with their bodies if it wasnt for society mocking them and the likes.
