…I thought this came out five years ago??
I think it’s a little funny that the original FF7 took like 3 years to develop and at this point the FF7 Remake is an episodic release that started full development in 2015 and has spanned multiple console generations. You cannot buy FF7: Revelation for the console the FF7 remake was meant to boost sales for.
That was the Nibelhiem incident. /s

Spaceballs: The New One
They made Octopath Traveler and Nier. Yes there are sequels and prequels to those, but they have branched out from Final Fantasy. They even made Power Wash simulator and actual cook books inspired by FFXIV.
I was wondering if they’d try to stretch out Revelation since it’s the final game and I don’t know if they have anything planned for after it.

FF9 didn’t have a “Compilation of FF7” kind of multi-media blob, so I don’t think they really could. Something like a better designed FF4 The After Years would be cool, though.
