Chandelure is only very slightly anthropomorphic and also really cool. I wish there were more Pokemon with “out there” concepts like being a ghost Chandelier rather than having 20 more of basically the same animal.
Also there are raptor pokemon, depending on if you mean the type of bird (e.g. staraptor) or velociraptors (e.g. raptozolt)
