PLEASE LET COMPUTER PRICES GO DOWN! BURST THAT BUBBLE BABY YEEEEEAH!

If this is sustained (which we don’t know if it will be yet), it’s great evidence that all the “value” of these companies was not in what they were doing/making, but in the perceived relationships they had with the government and in regulatory capture. This is obviously true, but it’s great to get some conclusive proof.

PLEASE LET COMPUTER PRICES GO DOWN!
Sorry, but under the capitalism you only get landfills to keep the prices up.
I hope we also see a drop in mobile phone prices, I was curious and checked the prices of “midrange” phones and was shocked. This AI crap can’t end soon enough.

I never would have guessed the US election would be the ultimate cause of the AI bubble popping, but I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised. I guess investors can no longer deny how pissed Americans are at the status quo.
NVIDIA alone was worth over $5 trillion. There’s a lot more to go.
no more half measures walter
Let me check, yep, my stock portfolio is still zero.
While I’m at it, yep, my crypto wallet, still zero.
My pension fund, nada.
By capitalist standards, I’m doing great, since I’ve experienced zero losses.
The bean-heavy portfolio pays off once again for the hungry investor! 🫘
re-fi’d beans
Commodities play. Nice.
What is a real estate purchase to be measured in, if not bean futures?

TIME TO BUY THE DIP!!!

November 4, 2026 - Known as the day the second Great depression began, the stock market collapsed because of the election of a bunch of Democrats.
Like, what? The absolute state of capitalists
“maybe if the blue people are in charge, the americans won’t build an infinite amount of datacenters. if they don’t build 1000 datacenters per month, the faith in the great tech spirit will waver. without belief in the great tech spirit, our corporate entity sits on a pillar of nothing.”
aka “comet sighted”
While I don’t doubt some of this has to do with dems winning, I also saw that there were something like 48 ballot initiatives to implement a data center moratorium, and something like 47 of them passed. So I suspect that might be relevant.
