Today we celebrate the anniversary of the death by neck spasm of youtuber Charlie Kirk, he was an annoying podcaster who spread his reactionary and haterful ideology everywhere he went and just like like any other hateful person who dies no one cared he kirk the bullet (even his own wife decided to monetice his funeral ever since) and even his friends forgot about him or fought over his viewerbase, now days he lives on as permanent stain on the datacenter of every ai model since people made so many memes of him that now ai by default adds him to pictures

I may not be getting fired after all but something much worse… Promoted to a manager position 😩 I don’t wanna yell at people all day and pretend like I’m doing something
I had a manager who was a socialist and he was great, you can be a good comrade still within the confines of our modern hell
It could be a good opportunity for giving subtle lessons on materialism and socialism to your coworkers and they’ll trust you more than most just because of your authority, unless they automatically hate all managers, which is a reasonable position to have.
I never really planned to be at this job for a long term just until I could try out for union again, to get that and possibly be in charge of assistants terrifies me
Yeah I wouldn’t want to be in charge of anybody, but they do say that’s a trait of a good leader
use your power to protect people and yell up the chain. You may get in trouble for it - but much less than the worker below you. the hardest skill is knowing when to toe the line or not. management thinks you’re one of them. it’s imperative you let them operate under this assumption for as long as possible, while agitating from within at every opportunity.
I know myself I’ll fucking ace whatever role I’m given but I don’t wanna be part of the economic parasite class. All my skills and smarts will wither away and then not much else will be going for me
