Given the stories of delivery drivers pissing in bottles, id say no more than a decade out.
I load trucks at UPS, and I’m always pulling out Powerade bottles with piss residue in them.
I don’t understand it because we are union and most of these drivers are currently making triple or quad pay when they go over 9.5 hours a day now. They’re allowed to go off route to find a bathroom and get paid for that, but they still piss in bottles and leave them in the truck.
I guess they just want to go home, and I can get that, but hurrying to finish is why the keep overloading the routes and failing to make new routes
After 9.5 hours I wouldn’t be thinking about triple pay, I’d be thinking about driving into incoming traffic.
