Also worth noting that the UK government tried to do a report on ADHD overdiagnosis so they could deny people care for it and discovered that it was in fact not overdiagnosed but likely under. They have since suppressed that report of course.
They’re now attacking it via funding media that questions whether adhd is a myth. It’s the same playbook they did against trans care.

Yeah they’ve tried to do a Cass review style thing but they got the exact opposite of what they wanted from this review, it has reaffirmed everything adhd and autistic people say and it has affirmed under diagnosis rather than over diagnosis. This of course means the report has not touched any media whatsoever.

Disliked everyone at my job except for the two people with ADHD. The signs were very much there, if only my ADHD had allowed me to learn what ADHD was and notice it at that period of time I worked there rather than playing thought roulette on repeat like usual.
