I know plenty have human rights issues, but I can’t imagine anyone is competitive on sheer quantity of murder and atrocities!?

Israel is a terrorist country.
Am I wrong in saying they’re (seemingly) quantifiably worse than every other “terrorist” country in the region? I know plenty have human rights issues, but I can’t imagine anyone is competitive on sheer quantity of murder and atrocities!?
There are no others actively perpetrating genocide on the massive scale Israel is. Morally and legally that puts Israel in a class of its own.
