DNC chair Ken Martin said that the controversy surrounding Hogg “destroyed any chance I have to show the leadership that I need to.”

Uhh then I think he needs to look up the word “leadership” in a dictionary. Good leaders don’t usually blame their subordinates for their own deficiencies. Hogg isn’t doing anything that would prevent Martin from growing a backbone and actually leading the party.

Blaming Hogg for Martin’s shitty instincts is childish and transparently ineffective. I was always against Martin as chair, and he continues to make all the mistake we knew he would make.

I’m pretty sure the establishment leaked the audio where incumbents were complaining about Hogg. I know this because they’re accusing Hogg of leaking the audio. What an odious bunch.

Nope, stopped voting for them after Obama, which in retrospect, he and Clinton were big mistakes. Voted Green party. I can walk away knowing I did not vote for a pro-genocide, anti-worker party.

Great work!?!? Atta boy!?!? What are ya looking for here? The world is burning and you didn’t bother to do the one small thing that could have made a difference, and you think that’s something to brag about?

Over 10,000 people have died so far just from USAID cuts, and another 23,000 from the PEPFAR funding freeze. Those numbers alone are ticking up faster than the Gaza death toll, which is still happening BTW. But, not to worry, Rodneyck kept his integrity, and that’s what’s really important.

Politics is about achieving the best possible outcome, not making personal virtue statements.

Great work!?!? Atta boy!?!? Keep putting the neo-libs/neo-cons in power because orange man bad! Your vote for Clinton gave us NAFTA, a free trade agreement that created the economic mess, shipping jobs overseas and destroying our industry here in the US, a nightmare that we are living through today. How many lives destroyed, tent cities has your vote created?

By any measure, NAFTA and its sequels has been a major contributor to the rising inequality of incomes and wealth that Barack Obama bemoans in his speeches.

Speaking of Barack, your vote allowed him to immediately pivot to bailing out banks allowing them to give their CEO’s bonuses during one of the largest housing crisis, they created btw, displacing homeowners across the country. He also didn’t really put any regulations in place to prevent this happening again, which many analyst predict will be soon. Those banks, btw, also funded a lot of his campaign. How many lives destroyed there with your vote?

Politics is about achieving the best possible outcome, and not making personal decisions to compromise your morals.

We need to take the Democratic party away from the weak and disconnected fools and shills that run it. Third party strategies in a first past the post system are self defeating. What this call shows is that the establishment can’t cope with strong progressives in the party. Outside the party, we just make a great excuse every time Republicans win.
