For better or worse, Israel did a predictable and least-bad PR move here. Nobody died, and news stories about it remain minor.
As much as I’m proud of them doing something brave and heroic, I don’t think anybody will care about this a week from now.
They literally violated international law by kidnapping them, the least bad PR move was allowing the flotilla to get there, the aid in the boat was very minor. The israelis knew this and still couldnt help themselves and violate international law, it speaks of how insecure israelis are at this stage.
Im convinced their actual goal was baiting Israel to violate international law and the idiots took the bait.
Its pretty clear to me that the flotilla goal was not to provide aid to gaza, but to prove that Israel doesn’t follow international law. The stunt really worked out imo.
