Summary

Vivian Jenna Wilson, Elon Musk’s daughter, accused her father of giving a “definitely Nazi salute” at two rallies in January, calling his actions “fucking cringe.”

In an interview with Teen Vogue, she criticized Musk’s involvement in the Trump administration and advocated for trans rights, emphasizing the importance of gender-affirming care for minors.

Wilson, who transitioned as a teen, described Musk as cold and absent, and revealed she no longer associates with him or his family.

She also expressed fear over anti-trans legislation under Trump’s administration.

It’s mindblowing how anyone still genuinely thinks what he did was anything but.

TV: Do you ever feel scared? He’s the richest man in the world.

VW: He’s a pathetic man-child. Why would I feel scared of him? Ohhh, he has so much power. Nah, nah, nah. I don’t give a fk. Why should I be scared of this man? Because he’s rich? Oh, no, I’m trembling. Ooh, shivering in my boots here. I don’t give a fk how much money anyone has. I don’t. I really don’t. He owns Twitter. Okay. Congratulations.

Absolutely based. The pathetic man-child was probably fuming when reading those lines. :)

Just to remind everyone of Elon’s response:

He said that Tesla vandalism was connected to hormone therapy used by Trans people.

Intentionally damaging a Tesla is now considered an act of demoestic terrorism.

Just another step from Project 2025 criminalizing Trans people.

And this is his fucking CHILD.

What an irredeemable piece of shit.

Elon and Trump’s actions are indeed more nationalist, but we should not confuse it with nazism, that had nationalism as one of its traits but was much more than that. The genocidal part is what makes them evil, not the nationalism part.

If we take seriously the notion that nationalism = nazism, then China would qualify.

Oh for fuck sakes, the nazis were nazis long before they revealed any mass murder plans. In many ways the original nazis were more circumspect than this group of shit gibbons.

Just read any reasonably serious definition of fascism, which ‘nazi’ is a synonym for in casual international English.

In the past two months, while some of y’all motherfuckers have been busy arguing over whether it was a Nazi salute or not, this guy and his orange fucko have been dismantling the Constitution in real time. But sure—carry on. This debate is clearly way more important.

    Goddamnit.

Dammit! I was so busy all this time worrying about whether an extremely obvious Nazi salute was a Nazi salute, I didn’t even notice all that other stuff that nobody has been talking about at all.

I’m not being snappy, but what part of the constitution are you talking about? Anything in specific?

I was hoping it would, but this article does not show how the constitution applies to non citizens. It names many amendments that they say protect non citizens, but it does not show the constitution saying that those rights are for non citizens, the article just says they are.

The idea is that it’s an inclusive document. I think the two parts that directly say they are rights for citizens clearly imply that the rest of it is for everyone. It’s a shame we have to rely on this ancient document, which is in some places poorly written.

Good luck getting 3/4 of states to agree that water is wet though, so rewriting, rewording, or amending the Constitution is off the table. That leaves us stuck with interpretations from the courts, which I hope we can at least agree are largely corrupt.

Yep, its fucking outrageous and insulting. He’s not an autistic person that needs 24 supported living, he can function to a high level in day to day society. He’s been in the public eye long enough to be well aware of how his actions can be perceived. He fucking knows exactly what he was doing, and chose to do it.

All Republicans. My idiot sister. She’s like “I watched it” as if that’s proof it wasn’t? If the white superiority groups are applauding your actions, you’re in the wrong. That quieted her down but it didn’t change her mind. She thinks we’re all over reacting.

I will say, it’s not all republicans. And I mean this in a “there’s still the slightest sliver of hope” kind of way, bc my church is hella republican leaning, with lots of old people, and they’re all fucking pissed at Trump and Elon. Like they’re calling him King Trump (mockingly) and a lot of them have complained about Elon doing the hitler salute. And yes, they’re the idiots that voted for him and are now complaining that he’s doing exactly what he said he’d do but this is our best time to try to push them back towards “normal” republicans rather than the openly fascist ones

Yeah, she “begrudgingly” voted for Trump, just like the people you’re talking about. My parents on the other hand, lifelong Republicans, voted Harris. Sure “not all Republicans” but it is all the ones who voted for Trump. There’s no excuse for them to have voted for him the second time. I am sympathetic to Republicans who held their nose and voted red the first time, but it’s a different party now.

True, but shed also particularly able to speak on his mens rea. She’s spoken openly about how even when she was young he was bigoted and cruel. So while many of us may have witnessed a man get radicalized by the right wing as he lost his damn mind which might lead some to think it was him being edgy or something, she’s able to say that no, he in his private life as a man who was merely rich was a massive shit stain.
