No it works the other way around, this lets you buy robux or whatever by paying through verizon for whatever reason
i assume verizon buxx can be used to receive actual goods and services (internet) or exchanged for ephemeral skins in a game, likely they are sending 30-40% of purchase value to roblox, thus saving money
