Apologies if I lacked clarity, however I must restate that I specifically began with the notion that the system is explicitly designed to be cumbersome for the masses. The speculation that wealthy elites abuse the system they’ve created, for the heck of it, through corruption/bribery, while discarding people who are in desperate need of assistance doesn’t strike me as ableist either. Since I’m critiquing able bodied, wealthy, elites, abusing the world for the fun of it.

Bourgeoisie abusing the system cannot possibly cause a crisis of over-diagnosis, because they’re numerically insignificant. If anything it’s under diagnosed. But are we having a discussion here or is this a zero sum game of heroes and villains?

I would vager any reasonable person would be okay with a sufficient, but not over-complicated diagnosis for treatment purposes of a patient, not to gatekeep them, but to make sure they stay healthy. If medical procedures are used as a form of apartheid or deliberate harm then naturally those who caused this should be punished for their crimes against humanity. I’m just afraid that anything short of perfection labels me as a villain and then what choice do I have left? Just eliminate me at that point, it seems like trust between us impossible.
