So then he follows up this dumbass decision to arrest her by throwing her down to put cuffs on her. She lands on her back (fucking ouch) so he can’t cuff her in the front and wants her to flip over. He can’t do it because she is stronger than him so he decides to beat and threaten her until he gets what he wants.
