an alternative theory is that, given the media suppression about what is actually happening in this conflict–anyone find any broadcast/cable news outlet acknowledging this?–i wonder if someone in the situation (a soldier realizing leadership is incompetent and covering up the deaths/damage) would try to film these attacks and leak it out to an ignorant public.
i want to say most times we even find out about major command failures it’s from somebody inside the organization leaking shit.
