Because its the same idea. That capitalism creates one set of socially determined desirable outcomes and feudalism another doesnt mean that one has a notion of skill and the other doesnt. They can still be compared within their respective contexts.
Depends on the organization of labor. In a horizontal arrangement, the workers themselves decide if someone is pulling their weight or not, and whether that’s a big enough deal to be an issue.
Define being good at something without comparison to others.
Accomplishing a potentially harmful task without harming yourself

Accomplishing some at a satisfactory level without injuring yourself or others.
But it’s also not capitalist to compare yourself to others in the same trade.
Who decides the satisfactory level?
