There’s definitely plenty of cheese to go around, but it seems like it’s increasingly going to graft.
Defense/aerospace and tech are both laying off tons of employees and have an attrition rate close to double the average for the US workforce. There seems to be a big problem with losses of institutional knowledge which is feeding into a vicious cycle that necessitates further layoffs.
