My dad’s hand me down pellet smoker grill is pretty cool but I’m kinda wishing i also had a propane grill or something, because every time i open the damn thing it drops 100F, so while it’s great keeping all the smoke outside my house, it still feels sub optimal for burgers. But i know it’s primarily a smoker, it just is what it is. Still, it got me wondering, what flavor of grillin does hexbear like most? Where’s our grillheads at

      I mean that sounds good but i feel like it’d have to have all kinds of grease filters and whatnot that get gross. But that’s my dad’s preferred grill and the reason i have his pellet smoker now, actually. The man LOVES his ninja brand shit

          Ah so it sounds like more a George foreman type, i think my dad’s thing is basically a grill convection oven, hence my assuming it has filters and shit needing cleaning

          The pellet grill kinda sucks to clean but it could be worse. There’s the grills, and a big plate below that for stuff to drip onto, with grease running down a slot to a bucket with replaceable inserts

          I just kinda scrape all that into the sink, throw the grills into the dishwasher, and so far ive totally ignored the drip channel. But it hasn’t gotten tooooo gross after maybe 7 uses, only like 1/4 inch of grease in the bucket
