The Counter-Revolution of 1776:Slave Resistance and the Origins of the United States of America.

As the United States of America, celebrate its independence anniversary declared on 4th July, 1776, we take a look at the history of America, the events that led to declaration of independence, and most importantly why declaration of independence was not a cause for celebration among all Americans, particularly for the native Americans and the enslaved African Americans. “For Native Americans, it may be a bitter reminder of colonialism, which brought fatal diseases, cultural hegemony and genocide. Neither did the new republic’s promise of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” extend to African Americans. The colonists who declared their freedom from England did not share their newly founded liberation with the millions of Africans they had captured and forced into slavery.”

The so-called Revolution was according to Professor Gerald Horne, was a ‘Counter-Revolution’ a conservative effort by American colonists to protect their system of slavery. Contrary to anonymous role often assign to African Americans in the American Revolution (which Prof. Gerald Horne refer to as Counter-Revolution) the prof. lucidly outline their roles and their major impact. The book is a great shift in paradgim.

Professor Gerald Horne, is the author of the book “The Counter-Revolution of 1776: Slave Resistance and the Origin of the United States of America.”

Yeah, that’s a lot of Adderall but not a lot of amphetamine if that makes sense. Personally I have super low tolerance for uppers, 30mg of Adderall is the most I’d ever take and I’d only do that much if I had a downer to speedball off of. But I know many people who used to do meth, and those people were taking 200-500mg multiple times a day

I was a fan of uppers but they were never something that hooked me. It was usually something I would do if it came around, which it did a lot. Knowing dealers and not being fiends my old place was where a few people would come to weigh and chop, due to my and my roommate being willing to let people do that at our place and also not being annoying about it meant we got a LOT of free drugs. One time a dude chopping up crack threw a piece down in the floor expecting us to dive for it, we told him to pick it up, we have have pets. I ended up being an accidental tweaker for a while just cause I was getting free meth and crack all the fucking time, I had to decide not to just do drugs when offered for free sometimes. It’s a bummer cause now that im away from it. If I happen to wanna do some meth it’s a whole process of finding a guy. Every once in a while I wanna do speed and be super productive

I get that. Yeah, back when I was in that, I also had a lot of hard dealers come to my house because I wasn’t a total fiend. I was also a pretty established psychedelic plug in the area so when my dealer friends came over we’d share all our drugs all the time. Psychedelics are typically cheaper than hard drugs when bought in bulk, so I was paying way less lol. We used to load up one of our cars with our shit, snort coke all day while we doordash and just take breaks from dashing to deal.

Strangely, while I’ve never liked alcohol that much as a drug, it’s pretty much the only mainstream one that turns me into a fiend Well besides nicotine. But I used to be in charge of pacing the group on cocaine. Fun fact, if you don’t spam coke, the hangover is negligible. Make your line(s) and do enough coke to last you two hours, redose after 2-3 hours. My friends were completely unable to follow this schedule without me, but it takes coke hangover from hell to just fine.

As far as the powders and pills go, I just left those behind one day and didn’t think it through too much. I don’t want to have to worry about a fentanyl overdose. If everything lines up perfectly (I know the powder/pill is what it’s supposed to be, I’m not paying for it, I’m not working the next day) I’d be willing to do coke or Adderall again, but I just don’t care enough about it to ever seek it out. I’ve turned down lots of free drugs over the past 2 years while I have (regrettably) drank free alcohol since being out of rehab.

Booze, cigarettes and weed are the only things that ever frames a habit and those still stick. I lost like 11 friends to fent and over 40 acquaintances within about a year to fent and now im too scares to touch anytjing without testing it and the testing process will make me just decide not to.

As far as your coke philosophy works, thst is true but i’d rather get super high on coke. All my friends were keybump guys so they could keep drinking. I was a blast a big fucking line guy. The urge to te repose wasnt as strong for me so I would do a few huge rips and be happy while others budgeted their supply and never got a good buzz from coke. Same with crack, I made sure I only ever had 2 hits by smoking whatever I had in 2 hits. The first is the only good one and the second proves it.

Same here. Like if somebody I trust did all the work for me, then I’d be willing to do it again, but the days of taking key bumps out of random bags in bar bathrooms is not a thing anymore.

I also like to get really high on coke. I just do the coke most people do over the course of 3 hours and just do it all at once.

I’ve actually never done crack, although strangely I do get dreams about doing it sometimes. The city I live in really loves uppers like crack and meth, and I’m just not gonna do that to myself.
