About 30 minutes a week.
You have to spread it out though. A minute here or there is ok, anything more is very bad!
But is one 30 minute sex less than 30 one minute sex. Or is it like a ttrpg where you pause the campaign and come back later so its still one sex?
One turn of priorities usually lasts 6 seconds so that’s quite a lot of sex you could be having in 30 minutes.
