This is not science. This is ideological cruelty paid for by the American taxpayers.
Our TRANS MICE Act ends it. No federal funds may be used to conduct, support, or fund research aimed at altering an animal’s biological sex.
No hormones. No surgeries. No taxpayer dollars spent mutilating animals in the name of transgender ideology.
This legislation brings accountability, ends taxpayer-funded cruelty, and ensures science serves the public, not ideology.
Note: Some people are responding and saying “Lol you’re so ignorant, obviously they’re talking about trans GENIC mice, lol you don’t even know science”, and while I’m sure Nancy Mace doesn’t know the difference, this would specifically ban testing anything that could be construed as gender affirming or relating to gender affirming care on mice, and the Trump administration has specifically suspended funding for testing of trans healthcare on mice.
God these people are so fucking DIM. They literally see the word half the word “TRANS” in “TRANSGENIC” mice and think evil woke scientists are doing hormones on them. No investigation, all rights to speak, WOW.

The fact that in the process of this actual trans issues will be affected and this fact is irrelevant (Or the goal) to everyone involved is the cherry on top.
They know it’s not. They use it as a means to accomplish whatever ghoulish bullshit they want. They’re just riling up their base cause they know they’re not going to look any further into it than seeing the word TRANS.
