    You generally need to build devices that break fcc regulations as opposed to buying them, toothless as that entity happens to be at the moment.

          Let’s call it academic research. Testing is the easy part. Got plenty of stuff to test with in lab. Consider sharing information, sharing is caring. If anyone knows any good guides or tips feel free to DM me.
