Gen AI a fake offer letter for some recognizable company in the area with a start date in the future. That way you can dodge employment verification on the off chance they do it
Honestly, especially with Gen AI, it would be relatively easy to create a fake local company (maybe a fake startup). Create a website for a fake startup with contact info that just directs to your friends, so they can provide verification. Then generate fake offer letters and pay stubs.
Yea, I’ve never gone through an employment background check for renting though but your way is definitely more bulletproof
