52·2 days agoHoly shit, a company of that size being under investigation for Medicare fraud is big news. The government takes getting defrauded very seriously and I’m pretty sure Medicare and Medicaid fraud requires repayment 10x.
We’d be talking tens of billions, if not hundreds, in penalties if the system wasn’t so fucking corrupt. I’d bet they get a slap on the wrist though.
