sadly, he still has too much faith in his fellow tech bros. his tactical analysis is right – it would work, if pursued. but he’s still missing the “material conditions” portion of the analysis. unless something drastic changes, this ain’t happening any time soon.

I call for a worldwide boycott of Chinese products, and of companies who kowtow to their demands or accept investment from China. I call for international condemnation of the Communist Party of China’s behavior and premise for governance. And I call for an ultimatum to protect our allies from slaughter.

I know there’s some good tech people, and I will gladly support unionization efforts in Silicon Valley because they sure as hell deserve it.
I still love technology actually done to improve the human experience and better understand our place in the world.
