    Has PETA ever asked lettuce if it gave consent to being eaten?

    I mean, I’m all for a decreased consumption of meat, but PETA’s methods don’t work.

        And PETA is soooooo ethical in their own treatment of animals. All of their shelters are no-kill shelters, right? Right?!

          Saying “PETA kills dogs” to defend the meat industry is just a scale mismatch. PETA euthanizes a few thousand mostly sick or unadoptable animals. The meat and dairy industry breeds and kills billions of animals every year, many of whom are unhealthy because they’re bred for extreme production. Even if you dislike PETA, it’s not remotely comparable.

            there are only about 1.5 billion cattle in the world. why would you lie about something so easy to find the truth
