ASJ paper finish with no jacketing. Pvc elbows and endcaps have barely been kicked by the maintenance guys.
The insulation was redone within the last 20 years but done cheaply so they probably also repiped it.
My professional opinion: boilers fucked might want to turn it off.
(For the record boilers run on gas so it’s gonna be near the gas line no matter what)
