    His tweets are insane.

Mom’s for Liberty, Prager U, lots of complaining about religious persecution. Ryan Walters is a danger to children.

He’s a danger to democracy as well. Religion has no place in government. Separation of church and state.

See there’s two views (one makes no sense) and one is that the church needs to stay the hell out of government. The second is that the government has no right whatsoever to tell churches anything about anything. Only one of those views is consistent with the Johnson amendment.

“These demands inappropriately tell school districts to place atheism as the state religion. Thankfully, the activists’ arguments are misguided and outdated.”

Atheism isn’t a religious belief. In fact, it is the absence of a religious belief that makes one an atheist.

It seems this guy is misguided and his views are outdated.

Most Christian’s think that way, I sat through multiple sermons saying that even non believers still worship something or have something in their life that takes the place of god. They can’t comprehend the idea that someone could live without a slavish and unquestioned devotion to something

Yep. I’ve been told by multiple people that I didn’t give up my religion, I just switched to worshipping science. Like no, I don’t and never have worshipped science.
