Its horrible for LGBT+ rights that the west has basically taken Queer Liberation as a west issue that only they care about.

I think it’s important to ground us in the general population, not let liberals engage in this fantasy where we only become queer once we leave the closet. We are probably something like 3-5% of any population group at a very conservative estimate, which means any time the West starts mass slaughter of a population they’re also killing queer people. It’s not like the West uses cishet-seeking bombs. We are everywhere, even in places where we aren’t accepted, and when the killing starts we die just like everyone else.
