First formal warning. Reports of your poor and inappropriate public behavior have been filling the mod report box for a little over a year now.

There will be no discussion on this being a one-off eruption of poor behavior as you have been consistently hostile and antagonistic towards other users both here on hexbear and beyond in the fediverse, you do not try and take the most charitable interpretation of or engage in good faith with fellow users, you have demeaned or harassed others for caring about a topic or details of a topic more than you do.

You will be personally observed from here on out until you correct your behavior or you are permanently banned from the site.

You will be afforded clemency for any future eruptions of hostile and antagonistic behavior in one day as one-day occurrences to prevent report dog piling or executing every report as a separate occurrence to rapidly climb up the moderator escalation plan. However I or any other admins retain the final say on whether or not we see the need to jump the ladder and go straight to permanently banning your account.

You are encouraged to make ample use of the block feature to minimize the possibility of engagement with other users you may have frictional exchanges with.

you are one of the most consistently rude and unpleasant users on here, i recognise your username for constantly toeing this line of non-bannable antisocial behaviour. did you know it costs nothing to be nice?

Maybe you getting a better table than me, or being the first one to pick up that $20, is the difference between me having a big plate of hunger for dinner tonight or not. Maybe I will cry about it, because I just got to watch my meal get taken by someone else.

All this does is create competition and resentment between servers, which is exactly how the boss likes it. That’s why bosses often ban pooling tips, they want you to rub it in my face that you got more money than me and ask me if I’m jealous, so that I think about that instead of thinking about how low our wages are. It displaces the blame for low pay from the boss to our coworkers.

Also, the boss can use tips as a way to play favorites! Maybe you’re the boss’s family so you get all the best tables and I get the scraps, because the boss wants you to get more tips than me. Am I supposed to just smile and be happy for you?
