I would appreciate reports of any incidents of this when they happen so we can improve the filter.
The f-slur was formerly the primary culprit for both of those issues due to matching a common three letter sequence, but since tweaking it to match less aggressively, I haven’t noticed any instances of the slur filter breaking URLs or censoring names. That change was made back in mid-May so any examples since that time I will attempt to fix.
