Don’t even get me started on Panda Express. Americanized Chinese cuisine that’s been completely bastardized because most of us white people flip out over a single drop of hot sauce in their food.
I’m white. I live along the Mexican border. I eat chili piquins off the plants in my back yard. I make jellies and jams w the scotch bonnets I grow. I eat the scotch bonnets off the plant. None of that is of import because what I eat doesn’t matter to anyone else.
