Even if these accusations are correct, neither instance is an example of a direct attack. Ukraine conducted a direct attack on an Iranian ship. For Zelensky’s justification to make sense, Iran should then be allowed to attack Ukraine directly or Russia be allowed to attack the US directly.
Also Russia only deployed DPRK soldiers to the Kursk region of Russia. The DPRK soldiers were used to defend from Ukrainian attacks on Russian territory.

Iran makes some quite affordable stuff.
Russia is fine on it’s own, but currently Russia’s strategy is a slow-burn attrition one. Iran’s missiles work very well for that.

Ukraine continues applying long‑range sanctions in response to Russian strikes. Last night, the warriors of our Defense Forces hit targets across different regions of Russia that are fueling this war.
Once again, a plant in Kirov was struck – the one supplying components for the weapons Russia uses to attack our people. That’s about 1,200 kilometers from Ukraine’s border. Also hit were an oil refinery in Tyumen, a logistics facility in Yekaterinburg, and a fuel and lubricants depot in Rostov‑on‑Don. We also achieved very strong results with long‑range strikes in the Caspian Sea – including vessels used in military cargo shipments involving Iran, as well as a warship.

Today, the EU imposed new restrictive measures on Iranian judges responsible for serious human rights violations, including the persecution of political dissidents and religious minorities. We also sanctioned a leading figure of a cyber group who enabled the regime’s repression of information.
As Tehran intensifies its domestic crackdown, the EU will continue to hold those responsible to account.
