You know, moscovites are native to mexico, but I know of no traditional Mexican dish involving them. Except maybe mole, but that’s supposed to be turkeys. And I live in the area were they supposedly were domesticated.

I once ate one, because I mistook it for a duck, I don’t know if it was poorly kept or if all of em taste like that, the meat was very red, redder than beef, tasted ok, with a fishy aftertaste, but it was very lean, and hard to chew.
