Almost every city has some sort of open lot or field in a neighborhood. If it’s nit a formal park, an abandoned or empty lot will do (though many are fenced off, this rarely stops kids who are determined to use it). Even dense cities have these. Brazil is car-centric and dense in places as well, but it doesn’t stop them
