Psychopathic individualist ladder climbing freaks who have not one crumb of responsibility or integrity where throwing people under the bus to maintain their job of being a fuckhead is the norm.
What do i do with these people? I literally cannot be around them

The sad part is I am like the master of doing no work while management think im doing lots and while it was my small insular team it was great cos thats just what id do. But the difference is if you arent going to do the work you need to take responsibility of the work you’re not doing. They dont do this.
It was around 3 years ago the work that came in was largely discussions and manual work so i automated it but didnt say anything and spent half a year grinding 3 mmo’s and gran turismo at the same time. At the end the work was done by the deadline and everyone was happy. They dont do this.
Now these new people are here i actually have to do about 5 jobs at the same time and now frequently have to work late and the output is slower than when it was just me and my close knit smaller team.
