      A zero carb diet is a very low inflammatory eating pattern - it’s a option to consider. Instead of adding anti-oxidants to your diet, remove the oxidants and inflammatory foods from it - less work for your body overall.

          removing ultra-processed foods, refined sugars, and industrial seed oils as much as possible seems more logical to me.

          Those are great levers! that is probably enough for most people.

          That was certainly my first step to improving my metabolic health. I can also recommend wearing a continuous glucose monitor.
