The statement that a filthy mind will make you ugly does, however, imply that you can’t look good while being a bad person, which uh, totally reasonable I can’t imagine there are any counterexamples to that.
Personally, I don’t try to assume people based on their looks. But there’s a thing called halo effect that makes people assume someone attractive should be a good person.
