    I can’t help monitarily because I am having some difficulty myself but this is the cheapest supplier for needles I have seen and I know they ship to at least a few countries https://medneedles.com/

    I used them and 100 needles and syringes were like 25usd if I’m not mistaken

    They are the same brand as used in most of my local hospitals but much cheaper because no hospital is needed

    I do not know for sure they ship to you but either way I hope this bumps your post and you find someone financially capable of helping you.

    Edit, if you are willing to use veterinary grade instead of human you can get them way cheaper, this is probably where I am getting my next box
