Any decent person would, upon realizing that a gesture they made at a huge public event was being interpreted as a Nazi salute, simply make an announcement on the social media website they own explaining it was not their intent, what their actual intent was.
To my knowledge musk did none of this and was actually kind of coy about it? That’s enough to assume it was intended as a Nazi salute.
