    just because people may have “changed” doesn’t mean they should be anywhere near a leadership position. I don’t believe he has changed one bit but if he has why is he instantly running for senate and not volunteering at a soup kitchen or something like that

      Really takes white guy confidence and entitlement to think he should be running anything after that. It also takes a settler mindset to “see past” all that and voting for this guy.

        It’s not about choice but entitlement. If he’s changed, why does he think he is the right person for office? If he is truly altruistic, then it should not matter that he wants or chooses this or the other path. He would do what is best for society.

        White male leftists are supposed to figure out, through engagement with the masses (in particular those more marginalized, so basically anybody else), that nobody’s fucking asking what they have to say, or begging that they impose themselves. Sometimes you have to sit one out. You’ll survive.
