standard english needs second person plural

So, how many y’all have you had sex with?

I didn’t grow up saying y’all but I trained myself to use it when I realized some people were uncomfortable with guys. Unfortunately a lot of people would rather argue about it than make a simple change to their vocabulary.

I like to tell my southern friends how much I like y’all beacause it is gender neutral and inclusive!
