I don’t know if this was true when they posted it, but conservation efforts are working! They’re considered near threatened for their small habitat and endangered to give it protected status

Well there’s an episode in ds9 where a replicator is modified into a teleporter, so in the star trek universe they’re very similar. Replicators reconstitute matter from waste material, and seems to me to be far more likely in the realm of scientific possibility.
Screw teleporters, I want replicators

It’s a great balance between new and hot! You mostly see posts that picked up some interest within the first couple minutes of being posted
Kinda, it was only added a couple months ago
I don’t think that’s part of why they do it. I’m an avid civ 6 fan, and I can say that the launcher is pretty unobstructive. Between launching from steam and launching from the 2k launcher, it takes about a minute. It’s likely to collect data, but honestly the only useful data they’d get is the pc hardware, the length of play, and common mods. 2k probably saw that they weren’t getting sellable data and decided to scrap the idea, honestly it’s probably the only decent thing the company has done in years.
My DM in college asked us if we were ok with a tpk so she could start a campaign she’d done world building on for over a year. Of course we agreed, and she learned that it’s just as fun to die as survive while playing
No you didn’t, it’s called tree spiking. It was highly popular in the 70s to reduce the expansion of suburbs. Here’s a book describing it
That would be correct. The debate and everything up to the DNC has been pure punditry. He was not an official candidate.
I love this idea, the back button on browsers feels like it exists because of webrings
Once comics start going public domain, I hope the first thing people do is release them as chapters
Please explain how it’s stupid. Ansar Allah regularly fires retaliatory strikes after a Western power says the issue with them is handled. The Houthis are also an extremely resilient militant group. The US has been trading blows in this manner with the Houthis since their founding.
The Houthi militants love their ironic strikes. As soon as Israel claims the matter is resolved, they’ll send another strike. Israel just stepped into something they probably didn’t want to.
Edit: sorry y’all, I didn’t know we weren’t allowed to make an analysis based on the historical actions of terrorists.
AOC turns 35 right before the election, she’s eligible. I think she’d be incredible. She knows how to energize people
Of course it’s something horrific like that. Fuck those people. 41 goes on my dog whistle list.
I think I’m missing something with “41” is it some kind of dog whistle?
I know some of the union leaders at UPW, including one of the Paizo writers that may have worked on the starter adventure (I don’t know for certain). They’re incredibly passionate about their work, and honestly would understand your frustrations about capitalism. They likely pushed to make as much as possible free, so folks in your position would still be able to share the joy of their work even if they can’t afford the starter adventure.
I know none of this will make your frustration go away, but I hope you know that they didn’t do it out of malice.
