to be honest, I never trusted the mod team much for many minor things and now I dont trust u at all for this huge thing that u’ve been hiding for months apparently, if this community is coming back Id personally still prefer a different mod team

We could go back on our decision and stay on blahaj.zone, continue on lemmy.world, do both, or try something else.

I guess u could moderate the .world comm for the people that prefer that instance since there seems to be people that do including u, and the people that were going to mod the onehundredninetysix comm would mod this one

yeh same, and the stupidest comments I see on lemmy r like 90% of the time from .world XP

yeh its just ‘XD’ but with the ‘:3’ kitty mouth, which people stopped using in like 2012 but Im still obsessed with it X3

cuz then no one would use it, and they didnt tell anyone cuz “if I asked u would have said no” so they just did it and hoped people would just be pissy for a day and then be fine with it :P

well, Ada just kicking them out for wanting to leave would also be a very bad move XP

tho I guess we should ask Ada if we can assign new mods to the 196 blahaj community since basically they’ve abandoned it and there’s no reason to keep it locked, but making a new one would be fine too

like u said on another comment, Id also be willing to mod a new 196 but not spearhead it :3 (and thanks for teaching me a new word X3) and I think a new 196 on blahaj is the best option, either that or the old 196 comes back along with the old mods (which doesnt seem like they will anyway) and I already didnt like them but now I dont trust them at all, maybe it could be called 197 like back in Reddit X3 or just ‘196 Blahaj’ to differentiate it from other 196s in other instances
