Sony took another L on piracy litigation, ISPs or other technologies cannot be sued for allowing pirates (assuming they are not intentionally selling piracy as part of the product).

So are ISPs off the hook for sending “knock it off, pirate” letters? Seems this case made it not their problem anymore… Regardless, use a VPN
